For the month of May the Wasatch Warriors at Hill AFB, Utah, continued to push it up, having a very busy month. We started the month with our annual golf tournament, hosting base military, civilian, contractor and community players and raising $3,300 for LOA National/chapter activities. We followed our golf tournament with our annual dining out, drawing 147 attendees and featuring Rear Admiral Mark Heinrich [USN], Commander, Defense Supply Center Richmond, and awarded 5 scholarships totaling $3,500 to three military and two civilian winners. Also in May, the chapter hosted 60 personnel from the Associated Foods Distribution Center, presenting Ogden Air Logistics Center mission briefings, Lean initiatives and production processes to them. To round out the month of May, the chapter elected three new board members, to include Captain Mackenzie Shultz who will be taking over as President of the Wasatch Warriors Chapter!
