Colonel Dennis P. Dabney is the Director of Logistics and Sustainment Integrated Process Team (IPT) Lead, KC-46 Directorate, Aeronautical System Center, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. Prior to his current assignment, Colonel Dabney was a Student at the College of the Naval Warfare, Newport RI. Col Dabney is an aircraft maintenance officer and has held a variety of wing, depot, MAJCOM and Air Staff positions including Air Force Legislative Liaison. Col Dabney has been a member of MOA/LOA since 1992 and has served as a Chapter Treasurer and National Chapter Support Officer.

Lt Col Fletcher is currently the Operations Officer in the NORAD and US Northern Command Joint Logistics Operations Center. Prior to his current assignment, Lt Col Fletcher was the Commander, 305th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron and an aircraft maintenance officer supporting C-130E/H, KC-10, C-5, and C-17 aircraft. Additionally, he career broadened into the Program Management career field as an Acquisition Logistics Experience Exchange Tour program participant. Lt Col Fletcher has been a Field Editor for the ER since 2003.

Mary H. Parker is the Deputy for Logistics in the F-35 Integrated Test Force (ITF). She is responsible for oversight of aircraft maintenance, Joint-Service Technical Data (JTD) verification, Logistics Test & Evaluation (LT&E), and Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) activities at the Edwards ITF. She joined the Civil Service ranks in Nov 06, following a 26-year Air Force career in Aircraft/Munitions Maintenance and Acquisition Logistics.

Marta Hannon is the Executive Director for LOA National as well as the Managing Editor and Publisher of the ER. Marta has a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Technology/Management and a minor in Communications and brings with her 18 years of Public Relations & Marketing experience. She has 12 years of conference and meeting planning and 17 years of publishing experience. Marta has been taking care of LOA's daily business, ER and Conference since 2002.
