Executive Board


President Maj James McArthur
- Presides at all meetings of the Association and of the Executive Board
- Approves minutes prior to publication
- Provides the deciding vote in case of tie
- Calls special meetings when necessary
- Establishes committees and terminates them once they have served their purpose
- Appoints the committee chairpersons immediately after installation
- Serves as a special member of all committees except Nominating and Election Committees
- Make interim appointments as required with the approval of the Executive Board
- Co-signs checks as required
Vice President Maj James Gherdovich
- Perform the duties of an absent President
- Performs such duties as assigned by the President
  -- Serves as the chapter's corporate relations officer
- Co-signs checks as required
Treasurer Lt Pizzaro / Lt Nugent
- Maintains an accounting of all expenses
- Accounts for all dues, donations, and receipts
- Presents a financial report at each meeting
- Maintains a checking account if required
- Reconciles the monthly bank statement with another member of the executive council
- Co-signs all checks as required
Secretary Capt Maiya Yde
- Responsible for all correspondence for the Chapter
- Keeps meeting minutes
- Develops ballots for voting
- Keeps a Chapter History
- Maintains a current list of all members of the organization
Advisor Col Michael Arceneaux
- Advises the executive board and members on issues relating to the operations of the Chapter
