The Exceptional
Release is the professional
journal of the Logistics Officer Association, available by
subscription via $25 yearly membership. The term "exceptional
release" is derived from the final certification on the aircraft
forms that the aircraft is safe for flight. Published
quarterly, the ER is filled with articles
and editorial on the latest topics from all logistics disciplines.
