ARTICLE III: Officers

SECTION 1 – Composition.

1. The elected officers of the organization shall be President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Secretary. These officers make up the Executive Council and are allowed voting rights.

2. Other officers may be established by a majority vote of the general membership.

SECTION 2 – Qualifications. Nominees for office shall be active members in good standing and agree to accept the responsibilities and duties of the office they are running for.

SECTION 3 – Term. All officers shall serve for a term of one year, or until their successor assumes the duties of the office. Officers shall be allowed to serve only two terms in succession.

SECTION 4 -- Volunteer Additional Positions. Additional positions defined by the Executive Council will be non-voting officers, such as the Hill LOA Webmaster.
