| Website Upgrades: LOA has contracted out a large portion of its website maintenance and support over the past year. This change has allowed us to ensure continual enhancements are being made to the LOA website to improve service to our membership while minimizing the hours we volunteer. By 1 Sep 06, the final changes will be implemented that will allow members the ability to post their resumes for corporate job offers, expanded chapter leader privileges to manage and connect with the chapter membership, ability manage your own chapter polls and dues due rosters, use a custom “contact us” feature that will automatically route your questions to the correct POC, expand our “forgot my userid/password” features to make it more self-service, improve our e-commerce reliability, etc. Our end goal is to continue to provide member services that meet the needs our growing professional membership. | |
