Senior Leader Quote: "I like to think of the Logistician as the Air Force coordinator. We make events go off without a hitch and are ready at a moments notice to fix snags. But, it takes time and experience to develop the skills to carry out a flawless mission. LOA brings together the experts and teaches new generations the art of being a logistician. A critical art in today’s Expeditionary Air Force."

A Message from the LOA President: Wow...Thanks 1st Lt Victoria Davis, I couldn't agree with you more. Thank you for your involvement with LOA as the President of the Sandia Chapter. Your involvement and that of all the LOA members continues to make LOA what it is today...one outstanding organization! As we continue our fine tradition of LOA being LOA, it is time for you to consider running for a position on the LOA Executive Board. During the first week of April, IAW the LOA Guidance (LOA G-4), I will appoint a nominating committee consisting of a chair person and two members that will need to be approved by the Executive Board. The nominating committee will in turn accept nominations for each elected office. So...watch for the announcement and consider running for a position on LOA National Executive Board!

LOA History: MOA & LOA National Presidents Series: contributions to our beginnings cannot be overstated. By the end of its first year, MOA had resonated so well within the Air Force maintenance community that it had expanded to 6 regions encompassing 3 major commands and included over 50 charter members! Lt Col Matthews’ strong conviction and determination to see MOA succeed earn him a special place in MOA and LOA history.
