The LOA scholarship program is intended to assist the most deserving Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine, Coast Guard, National Guard, or Reserve enlisted and the most deserving DoD civilian (grade GS-1 through GS-8 and WG-1 through WG-9, GS-08 and below, WG or in the Standard Career Group- YA PB 1, YB PB 1, YP PB 1 Scientific and Engineering Career Group- YD PB 1, YE PB 1) in a logistics specialty, with college expenses towards an associate or bachelor degree. The program is targeted toward professional logisticians seeking a commission or further advancement in a logistics related career. Each chapter may submit one nomination per category.
