Our
Chapter Activities
|
|
Our chapter is and has been
very active since its inception. From car washes to golf tournaments,
from tours and mission briefs throughout Tyndall to tours of the
Lockheed-Martin plant at Marietta, Georgia, we have "been there, done
that." Here are narratives and pictures (when available) of some of
our activities.
Throughout the month of Mar
04, the Raptor LOA held elections for the 2004 Executive Board. The
results are: Capt Rognald Christensen, 43 AMU OIC was
elected President, and 1Lt James R. May, 325 MOS/MXOT, was elected Vice
President. We would like to thank Capt Deporter
and 1Lt Amanda Jones-Greco for the OUTSTANDING job they did throughout 2003 and
we wish Capt Chistensen and Lt May best wishes in
2004. And to all Tyndall Loggies, come out and
support your LOA chapter!
Capt Christensen, 43 AMU,
organized the Raptor LOA's latest road trip. We
visited Trane Corporation Panama City, FL. We were
given a "first class tour by plant manager Mr. Joe Eaton here!
Lt Benko, took over the effort
to build and set up a Raptor LOA table at the Tyndall Officers' Club bar.
The table is signed and decorated with memorabilia supplied by Raptor LOA
members. Even though all present at the 25 Jan 02 meeting signed the
table, it's not too late to sign it and/or provide Lt Benko
with unit memorabilia. Pictures of the table here!
